Pad Thai Noodles: Tender zucchini
noodles, snow peas and enoki mushrooms tossed in a tangy almond
"peanut" sauce topped with paper thin cabbage, cilantro,
lime wedges and crunchy dehydrated almonds bits
Asian Wild Rice with Winter Vegetables:
Bloomed Manatok Wild Rice and tender vegetables marinating in
a spicy ginger-orange sauce
Ginger-Miso Noodle Salad: This
light salad is composed of English cucumber, carrot and broccoli
"noodles" dressed with a sweet ginger-miso sauce atop
a bed of seasonal greens
Key Lime Cream Pie: Tree ripened
limes flavor this almond cream pie. Elaina uses Irish Moss (a
flavorless, fat free seaweed) to make the pie firm yet light.
